Happy Raw Thanksgiving

Good Morning! It's a happy day in our house! The crunchy onions are rivalling those Durkee's Fried Onions in a can (blech) from my childhood green bean casserole. Thanks to Holistica on the gone raw website! Can't wait to see how the whole casserole turns out!
Now on to the Creamy Delicious and RAW pumpkin pie and the Nutty Apple Stuffing...

underlined text??

Well, I just sat here trying to figure this all out...I don't know WHY all that text is underlined...grrumph...if anyone can shed some light on a Blossoming Blogger, I would much appreciate it!

Thanksgiving Eve

Today has been (and continues to be) an amazing adventure! I have borrowed a friend's dehydrator for my 8+ course Raw Vegan feast that I am preparing tomorrow. It is amazing to me and so many others that though I have been High Raw for over 4 years, I do not own a dehydrator! I am going a little crazy with recipes for tomorrow. So excited that a dear friend who attended my first Raw Foods 101 Class has been so inspired that she and her family are joining us for our meal tomorrow. I am so Blessed to have a husband and friends that support my lifestyle choice!! I am brimming over with excitement!! Have completed quite a few dishes tonight and I want to keep going and going! The dehydrator isn't full, yet a Mama does need her sleep.
In the dehydrator: The marinated onions for the Green Bean Casserole, the Chinese 5 Spice Maple Pecans for atop the Sweet Potato Casserole and the walnuts for in the Waldorf Salad.
Almond Mayo, delectable, zingy, divine is complete..awaiting it's union with the rest of the Waldorf family. Asa, (my sweet husband) made an amazing Cranberry Orange relish, which is melding and marrying its flavors in the refrigerator. Finally, my Savory Autumn Walnut Pate, with fresh sage and rosemary from my own garden, is complete, to be lovingly spooned into sweet red bell peppers and dehydrated tomorrow. Off to bed, to dream of Live, Energizing taste sensations!

Good Morning

Mmmm...starting the day with a zingy juice..Carrot, Apple, Beet, Celery, Ginger...Delicious, Simple, Refreshing. My helper, Kealan, documenting, and having his second breakfast of Ezekiel cereal and Almond milk..he eats more than I do! Jamming out to Disco on Pandora and getting ready to assemble the yummies for tomorrow
